🌕 Full Body Reset/Detox Protocol🪱🐛
It is recommended for adults to heavy metal detox for 6 months and children for 3 months initially. A daily maintenance dosage of your choice is suggested afterwards to protect from toxin build up. All these Touchstone Essential products are all designed to be used daily both as intitial detoxing protocol, and preventative.
STEP 1: PREPPING THE BODY
Supporting the body before and during detox & parasite cleanse may include: dry brushing/ lymphatic massage, gua sha, castor oil packs (kids can do these too & important for the liver- always use organic, hexane-free, cold pressed, in a glass amber bottle), sauna/sweating, rebounding (trampoline), detox baths & trace minerals. Diet: aim for an organic whole foods diet free of gluten, pasteurized diary, and excess refined sugar. Anti-parasitic foods include: pumpkin seeds, garlic, ginger, cucumber (seeds), figs, berries, pomegranate
STEP 2: HEAVY METAL DETOX
Parasites use toxic metals to feed, breed & hide from the immune system. They will coat their bodies in heavy metals to further hide from your body's defenses. Cleaning up your terrain from heavy metals is an essential part of the cleaning process. Passing parasites while on the Detox Pack is common. STEP 3: ANNUAL PARASITE CLEANSE
